Loved the festive Christmas decorations at the front desk and cozy fireplace. Comfortable beds and amazing breakfast spread.

Our stay at this cozy riverside lodge was fantastic. We loved being able to step outside and enjoy the picturesque view of the river just a few steps away. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and attractions like Dollywood and Splash Country. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with big beds and all the necessary amenities like a fridge and AC. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even granting us a late checkout when we had an emergency. The hot tub and pool were a definite highlight, and the scenery behind the lodge was beautiful.
The only minor issue was that the breakfast didn't start early enough for us, but upon checkout, we discovered prepackaged muffins available which would have been helpful to know beforehand.

the room was very clean, maid service was great, and breakfast was hot and very good. the hotel is in a great location in the middle of everything we wanted to do. the grounds are beautiful, with a river behind the hotel where you can feed geese, ducks, and pigeons. the pool and hot tub area are lovely, and we enjoyed the gorgeous landscaping throughout the property, especially the huge elephant ear plants. overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

I had the most peaceful river walk, and the cleanest room. The location was convenient to everything. My husband and boys loved feeding the ducks by the pond. I'll recommend this hotel.

rooms were clean and comfy, and the pool was just right. loved the location – close to outlets - restaurants, and attractions. front desk was super helpful, and there's a fridge and microwave in the room.
Would definitely recommend.
